The starting point

A product born fast, then built to evolve.

Paydays started as a side project developed within a very tight timeframe, with the priority of turning a complex payroll task into a working digital flow. As the product matured, the initial experience became the starting point for a broader revision focused on structure, usability and a more consistent UI.

Mapping the experience

Understanding what needed to evolve.

Mapping the workflow made the different paths, dependencies and decision points visible. Looking at the original interface alongside the journey helped identify where the first version could be reorganized before moving into the product revision.

Evolving the product

Revisiting the product with a clearer direction.

The revision moved Paydays beyond its initial side-project setup. The experience was refined into a more structured product with stronger hierarchy and consistent UI.
